"Built for a Lifetime" Warranty

The Wilmington Grill Company warrants all components of the Cape Fear Series of Grills to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of seven (7) years from the date of original purchase, except our burners. Burners are warranted for the life of the grill. During this period we will, at our decision, correct any defects by repairing or replacing the defective parts. Shipping and travel expenses are the purchaser's responsibility.

The Wilmington Grill Company shall not be obligated to repair or replace equipment that has been repaired by others, altered, or misused. Nor shall we be responsible for damages resulting from natural causes such as climatic conditions or animals.

No other warranties, such as collateral damages, are expressed or implied.
