These gas grills are called systems because of the ability to convert to a steamer, a gas grill smoker, or a barbecue grill. All models are built of heavy 304 stainless steel. The burners are cast stainless, making the grill an investment that the buyer's grandchildren will be cooking on.
The grill system incorporates a flame inhibitor tray that traps sauce and meat juices, channeling them to a collector on the outside of the gas grill. The metered valves for fuel flow allow a set and continued heat control. The new induction ignition will let the operator start the grill from a flame (match, lighter or other starter device), or piezo starter.
